Make My Biodata

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of Make My Biodata. By using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Make My Biodata lets you create a marriage biodata, preview it with a watermark, and — for a one-time price revealed before checkout — unlock a watermark-free, print-quality PDF of that biodata.

What an unlock includes

  • A one-time purchase applies to one specific biodata, identified by its own id.
  • Once unlocked, that biodata includes unlimited edits and unlimited regenerated downloads, at no further charge.
  • Changing details, photo, field order, or template on an unlocked biodata does not require another payment.
  • A duplicated or newly created biodata is a separate product and requires its own unlock.

Acceptable use

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you enter, and for having the right to share it (including photographs and family details).
  • Do not use the service to create misleading, defamatory, or harassing documents, or to impersonate anyone.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the watermark, probe other people's biodatas, or abuse the payment or identity systems.
  • One purchase must not be systematically repurposed to produce biodatas for many different people. We monitor extreme identity churn; ordinary edits are always fine.

Your account and drafts

You can create without an account; drafts live on your device until you verify with Google or an email link. You are responsible for activity under your verified identity. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these terms, with notice where practical.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you enter. The templates, design system, and software remain ours; an unlock grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the PDFs you download for personal, matrimonial purposes.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the biodata in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
